Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In its original packaging (or reasonably packaged to prevent transit damage)
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
  • Not physically damaged due to misuse, drops, or water exposure beyond normal use

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund within 24 hours โ€” your choice, no return required.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to defect or our error, we cover all return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Non-Returnable Situations
